Term of Service for General Usage

NOTE:

DO NOT MESSAGE ME EVERY DAY/EVER OTHER DAY OR EVERYWEEK ASKING FOR UPDATES! All time lines are given upon ordering any item from me. I update all clients as much as I can via messaging on instagram/emails.

There are three different sections of Term of Service depending on what you are looking for. Please refer to the button bellow to select if this is not the right page. Terms of Service for Fine Art pieces and Photography are within their respective forms, at the bottom of the page and must be signed.


The statues of customs can be found via on instagram or on my website. Please understand that I can only several types of customs due to working another job, other art projects, and photography gigs.

Customs can take up to 4-8 weeks. If something comes up that will delay your item being made, I will include a special gift for you as an apology.

I only accept right now PayPal. No payment plans are offered right now unless I specifically say so within the listing.

Payment


Resale:

Tag within the resale post and I will share on my stories as well for you all. Please do not sell for more then the retail price. If you are caught, I will message you first asking to change the price, if not you will be blacklisted and blocked. You are free to message me with any questions about the retail price of my ears. I do archive the pieces, however, if you send me a picture of the ears and tell me the rough date that you claimed them, then I can get back even quicker to you.

An example would be you claimed a pair of ears for $150.00 US, you can sell the ears for exactly $150.00 or lower if you’d like.

What you had paid for shipping does not count towards the cost of the ears. So if you paid $150.00 but the shipping was $20.00 then you can NOT charge $170.00 but only the $150.00


Shipping

I typically will mail at the end of the month (to save on gas and to make sure all orders are not rushed). If you need it sooner please let me know upon purchase notes*.

Shipping is not included in any item. Please understand that this is a small business and doing free shipping is not a realistic option at this time. Each shipped item will be documented upon boxing and sending out with insurance (if the cost of the items are over $50.00) and a tracking number.

If an item is sent back to me due to incorrect/incomplete address, any extra shipping fees must then be covered by the buyer. This round trip could be over 3 months so please check your address thoroughly. I typically will mail at the end of the month (to save on gas and to make sure all orders are not rushed).

Estimated shipping times ONCE I have shipped the items.

  • USA:1-5 days

  • Canada: 2-3 weeks

  • Europe: 2-5 weeks

  • Australia/New Zealand: 3-4 weeks

These are just estimates and I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, please understand thought that NOTHING is currently guaranteed due to covid.


Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


Returns for the most part are not tolerated. The reason being is that most items I sell are made to order, custom, or are prints. If the item is lost in mail please, provide the tracking number. There is not much to do in that situation except to wait to see if it is mailed back to me or to you.* If there is an issue such as damage upon arrived from the postal service OR the wrong item was shipped to you please following the steps bellow.

  • For returns to be processed please do the following:

  • Take a photo of the damaged product AS SOON AS YOU SEE IT

  • Take a photo of the shipped box SO I CAN SEE THE DAMAGE TO THE BOX

  • Take a photo of the shipping label

  • Please also send me a detailed description of what happened

  • IF it is the WRONG ITEM please let me know, you will have to pay for shipping (SEND ME THE RECIPTE IN EMAIL) but once I have received the WRONG ITEM I will refund you the shipping.

  • IF the postal service is at fault that will be a dispute (customer and commissioner versus the mailing service)

    Also please reframe from posting on social media before the issue is handled. I am a single person running this business,
